"Sudheer, I apologize for the frustration that the State Farm Claims department has caused. I understand how frustrating your situation has been dealing with the corporate claims process. However I do I want to clarify that the claim in question was initiated by you and later withdrawn by you. When a claim is started, even if it is canceled, it generates a record in the system that remains accessible. Unfortunately, I am unable to remove this claim from the record, as I did not submit it myself. With your specific situation, there were some aspects that were out of our control. "Shacoya, we are not able to talk to any one besides the insured on a policy. Your name was not listed on the policy there for we could not verify information with you which my team went over. In regards to the dropped call we were dealing with power outages the day you called there was no intentional hanging up we take customer service very seriously here at my office.
